Step 2: Precision Pattern Cutting

Using expert patterns and precision hand tools, every panel, strap, and pocket is meticulously measured and hand cut with absolute accuracy.

Step 3: Meticulous Hand Stitching

Instead of machine locks, every seam is properly hand stitched using durable waxed threads and traditional saddle stitching techniques, providing exceptional structural strength that easily withstands daily wear and tear.

Step 4: Edge Beveling & Burnishing

The edges of our leather goods are carefully beveled, smoothed, and burnished by hand using specialized tools and specially selected wax blends with precise ratios perfected over time to achieve a clean, polished, and moisture resistant finish.
